💵 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India — pay in cash when your order arrives at your door.

↩️ What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

We'll replace it free of charge. Raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video, and we'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement. Grabbit is a replacement-only store — we don't offer refunds or change-of-mind returns. See our Replacement Policy.

It's the only way we can raise a transit-damage claim with the courier on your behalf. Please record one continuous, uncut video from the moment the sealed package is in your hands — it takes 30 seconds and fully protects your order.
